FAQ
Answers to the questions we get asked most.
- Can I watch films and series on StreamHub?
- Not directly. StreamHub is a discovery guide, not a streaming service — there is no video player on this site and no media is hosted here. Each title page lists the legitimate services that currently carry it in your country, and links you there.
- Is it free to use?
- Yes. Browsing and searching the catalogue is free and requires no account. Watching a title requires whatever subscription, rental or purchase the relevant provider asks for.
- Do I need an account?
- No. There are no accounts, no sign-up and no login. Nothing on the site requires you to identify yourself.
- Where does the information come from?
- Catalogue data, artwork and trailers come from The Movie Database (TMDB) via their public API. Streaming availability comes from JustWatch, supplied through TMDB. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
- Why does a title show as unavailable in my country?
- Streaming rights are sold territory by territory, so a film on one service in one country may be on a different service, or on none at all, in another. Use the region selector on any title page to check a different market.
- The streaming information is wrong or out of date.
- Provider line-ups change constantly and listings can lag behind reality by a few days. Always confirm with the provider before subscribing on the strength of a listing here.
- A film or series has wrong details, or is missing entirely.
- Catalogue records come from TMDB, which is community-edited. The fastest fix is to correct the entry on TMDB directly — the change flows through to this site automatically once our cache refreshes.
- How often is the catalogue updated?
- Trending and newly released titles refresh several times a day. Browse listings refresh twice a day, and individual title pages daily.
